Competition Overview

1. Categories
   • Entire Satellite
   • Payload or Subsystem
   
   
2. Entry
   • Up to two entries from each school
   
   
3. Use of COTS components and existing designs is permissible.
   
   
4. Award & Support
   • First Prize:
     • $7500
   • Second Prize:
     • $1000
   • Third Prize:
     • $500
   • All teams that submit an acceptable CDR will receive no less than $500 to fund the detailed design phase.
   • New teams will receive additional support of no less than $500.
